Patanjali Ayurveda, the company of Yoga Guru Baba Ramdev, has now stepped into the category of dairy products. The company has introduced five new products including milk-curd. These include buttermilk, cheese and water. Apart from these, the company has also launched solar lamps for farmers. The Patanjali has kept the cow's milk at Rs 40 per liter.
Products Launched:
1. Dairy Products:
The Company has planned to present the cow's milk, yogurt, cheese and buttermilk in a phased manner in the market. In the first phase, the company will start selling in Delhi-NCR, Rajasthan, Haryana and Maharashtra. In the coming time, the company is also planning to introduce ice cream.
2. Frozen vegetables:
The company has introduced such as Mix Veg, Sweet Corn, Potato Finger (French Fries) and Pea Market. The company has claimed that these products will get around 50% cheap from the big companies' products in the market.
3. Cattle Feed and Peed Supplements:
Patanjali also launched Cattle Feed and Peed Supplements without urea under the milk brand.
4. Solar Products:
Apart from this, the company has also introduced Solar Street Light, Solar Hybrid Inverter and Solar Pumps.
5. Divya Water:
In addition, in western India, the company has also introduced divya water in bottle pack of one, two, five and 20 liters.
Jeans will also be launched:
Patanjali is going to start the business of readymade garments from next month. The company's MD, Acharya Balakrishna, said that Patanjali will step in the field of readymade garments and will open stores across the country from October. The company will name the store as “Paridhaan”.
